Such persons are engaged in promoting certain unlawful practices like operating investment programs, IPO promotion, stock recommendations etc. claiming assured and abnormal gains, and collecting the funds in various third party bank accounts under misleading pretenses.

NJ India Invest Private Limited, its directors, employees, or any group entities are in no way connected to these persons, groups or platforms. We expressly disclaim any liability for loss or damage arising from such fraudulent activities.

We strongly caution all investors, clients and channel partners to remain alert and not fall prey to any such deceptive practices. Do not engage/deal with any such groups or platforms, restrain from providing any personal and financial information to any such persons/platforms.

Such fraudulent activities have been reported to the law enforcement authorities and regulators, and we are actively working to raise awareness through various public channels.
